Coating Technology

For coating technology we supply sputtering targets which can be made of our standard materials, for example Tantalum, Niobium, Molybdenum or Hafnium. Depending on requirements, various purities can be specified. For evaporation technology we can supply specific heating filaments, evaporation boats or crucibles. In case of permanent need we deliver the parts just in time based on call-off contracts.
